About Me

Curt is a native to Minnesota where he was an urban planner for one of the fastest growing communities of the Minneapolis and St. Paul metro area.  After vacationing in Palm Springs, he fell in love with both the weather and the architecture, and moved here the very same year.  It took perseverance, hard work and a tight timeline to accomplish this move.  He will bring the same work ethic to his clients who are also looking to make an investment in the area.
